CSA CHECK MAIL IN FORM

We are excited to have you as a CSA member! If you’d like to pay by check, just fill out the form below then make a check payable to Calvert's Gift Farm and mail it to Calvert's Gift Farm, 16813 Yeoho Road, Sparks, Maryland 21152. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know it has been received.

Membership shares are $675 for the 24 week season. If you sign up and mail your check prior to February 15th, CSA memberships are $620.

We begin the third week of May and run to the end of October. Members may choose to pick up their share boxes at the farm on either Tuesdays or Thursdays, just select your preference below.

Would you like to add an egg share? Eggs are available for $120 for the season ($5 per dozen for 24 weeks) and are picked up with your share box. ½ shares (every other week) are also available. Select your preference below

If you are signing up before February 15th, your total is $620. After February 15th, CSA memberships are $675. If you are adding a full egg share, add $120. If you are adding a half egg share, add $60.
